Do I need to clean the machinery on return?

Michell Machinery Hire offers our customers clean, well maintained machinery. Upon the return of each machine, we ensure that each machine is serviced through our workshop. If a machine is returned to with excess amounts of mud, dust or other material, there may be, at Michell Machinery Hire’s discretion, a cleaning fee charged for this service.

What are the payment options and when do I need to pay?

We require full payment including any fee and other charges at the start of the hire except where you have an approved 30-day credit account with Michell Machinery Hire. We accept Cash, Payment via Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and Amex) instore and over the phone. We can also work with you to arrange bank deposits or transfers and even can arrange a line of credit through our 30-Day account application process.

Michell Machinery Hire has two options, dry hire or wet hire. The term 'dry hire' is defined as hire machinery that is rented out without an operator. When dry hiring a machine from us, we provide thorough instructions on how to operate the machinery to enable you to use it safely and efficiently. The term ‘wet hire’ is defined as hire machinery that is rent out with an operator. We have skilled operators available for wet hire bookings.
